RETURN OF THE ROBIN
ADULT ICE HOCKEY
TOURNAMENT

Return of the ROBIN is the annual adult ice hockey
tournament held in Rochester, MN. The tournament has grown from a couple of "old
timers" banging the puck around the rink to a nine division, forty-eight team
tournament that draws players from all around the country and further. The
tournament contains divisions with ex-pros to novice levels and is no-check
no-slap shop fun filled weekend
2010 Registration Open
Registrations for the 2010 Return Of The
Robin adult hockey tournament are now open. Registrations costs are
going up this year. But for those teams that elect to purchase their
entry now, if you hurry you can still get next years entry at last years price. There
will be NO EXCEPTIONS if
you send in your entire registration fee of $650 before November 1, 2009
you will receive a $100 cash refund. To register use the following

GAME PICTURES
Most of the game pictures
have now been sorted, edited and uploaded. They have been put into
folders by games. We have taken the 2009 game schedule and attached
buttons to each game that contains a photo album to allow you to
directly link to that game's pictures. I hope this makes it easier for
your viewing pleasure. Give us some feedback good or bad or some other
suggestions.

pages of the website. If you have any that we missed, please forward a
copy to us.

2009 Team Pictures
The 2009 Team pictures have been uploaded to the web site. Please
take a look at your teams pictures to verify it is your team and the
name is correct. I do not know all the teams by sight and the correct
spelling. We try but always mess a few.
If you would like a professional
photo of your team picture (or any other picture) with the ROTR border
on it from Maxim, you can contact them at

Thanks to you we had another fantastic year!
We hope this new format at the open arena gave you more space to
enjoy yourselves and consolidated the events a little for you. WE
had a super turn out for the banquet with record numbers attending.
Moe fans and friends of the Robin than ever before. Mickey's did a
super super job with the pigs and the drinks!
We would love to hear your comments about the tournament. What you
liked or how we could improve on it. Either on the message board or
suggestion pages.
There were 3369 pictures taken at the tournament. Needless to say it
will take a while to go through them all and upload them. Many are
images from Maxim and will be available to purchase. The ROBIN
images can also be purchase through Maxium if you want them enhanced
(sharpened, brightened) and the Robin Tournament frame put around
them. Maxium can provide them to you in digital or photo format.
I will provide an update when pictures have been uploaded and ready
for viewing. |

All the scores I have are entered into the contention
diagrams online, except those listed after the chart below. You can view
the diagrams by selecting the button under the division name in the
chart below.

played some teams twice. In these cases the scores and points
for a team in each game were added together under one game.
Based on all games played and the tie breakers listed, the

As you can see, I am missing a few championships. Games and scores have
evaded me as well (and I was the keeper of the board!!), so.... if

Don't forget to order your team jerseys and Robin gear before you come
to the tournament. Last year we sold out of many items by mid day
Saturday, so make sure you get the items you want by ordering them online
today and picking them up at check-in.
