Robin Run
5k Run/Walk to support local youth activities

The Return Of The Robin is excited to
announce the 2nd annual ROBIN RUN. The
Robin Run will be a 5k run/walk with proceeds going to support local
youth sports. Last years event was a huge success and we are
expecting many more runners this year. So get your running shoes on and your registration in
early, this is going
to be a super event.

Medals will be given to
winners in various age groups. These medals will certainly be valuable
collector items from this classic race. Remember, you will not have a
chance to get one of these super looking medals if you don't sign up
now! :-)

There's no better time to start spring training than with the
annual Robin Run. The Robin Run is a sanctioned event of the 2012
Return Of The Robin adult hockey tournament and held the same weekend.
This year the Robin Run will be apart of the Explore Minnesota Series
Challenge.
The
Robin Run will start and end at the Recreation Center in Rochester, MN.
The 3.1 mile course will go North from the Rec Center following the city
bike paths along the Zumbro River, through an urban mini-forest and
returns to the Rec Center in a typical "Lolly-Pop" configuration...
snow dependent.
The run/walk will start at 9:00am on Saturday March 24, 2012 followed at
10:30am with an awards ceremony. Awards will be given to the top
competitors in each age category for both male and female racers.
Proceeds will go to help support local youth sports.

$15 - If your registration is received before February 1, 2012
$20 - If your registration is received after February 1 and
before March 1, 2012
$25 - if your registration is received after March 1, 2012
$5 - 12 years and under - No T-shirt
Free under 5 no registration required - No T-shirt
Registration:
Those interested in participating in the "Robin Run" should
turn in their applications and registration fee as soon as possible.
An online registration program that will accept payments through PAYPAL (credit
card or personal checks) is currently being worked on and will be available
shortly.
Entry Into Other Tournament Events:
You don't have to be a Hockey player to participate in the
Return Of The Robin Hockey Tournament events. Runners in the ROBIN RUN are welcome to participate in all
events of the Return Of The Robin tournament as follows:
