Return Of The Robin hockey league was founded this year (2010). The league is intended for players of limited to intermediate skating and hockey skills. The league is more about learning the game and progressing your skills rather than the intensity of winning the game. This league is not be for those who are upset when a team mate misses a pass or falls down on a break-away. But it is for those who appreciate an opponent that deserves a hi-five for scoring their first goal or makes a great play for their level of play.

The first year of this league there was a large number of parents that wanted to learn the game because their children were playing, along with several that just wanted a chance to learn the game. A Pure Novice division was created that has been infectiously entertaining. I LOVE THIS LEAGUE! When a goalie hi-fives someone who just scores on him or both team congratulate someone who scores... THAT's WHAT THE DIVISION IS ALL ABOUT!
