To request an invitation to the Return Of The Robin as a MERCHANDISE VENDOR

1.  Determine, from the list below, the location(s) you are interested in applying for..

• Kasson Vendors - Thursday night - Sunday afternoon

• Rec Center Vendors  --  Thursday night - Sunday afternoon

• Graham #1 Vendors - Thursday night - Sunday afternoon (including Registrations and Player Banquet)

• Graham #2 Vendors - Saturday  all day only (Poker Tournament and Band Concert)

• ROTR Breakfast - Saturday and Sunday mornings in headquarters (Graham #1)

• ROTR Banquet - Saturday night only

2. Fill out and send the request form below:

3. Wait for an invitation from the ROTR administration. An application form will be sent to you asking for more detailed information about your products, booth and company.

4. Send in your Application and Registration Fee ASAP or your invite WILL BE assigned to the next vendor.

5. A final contract will be drawn up and signed by both the Robin Administration and the vendor.

6. Communicate needs or changes to schedule as event approaches through

You must provide information about your company, yourself and your product.

The contact information is vital so we can contact someone about changes to he event or schedule that you will need to know about. Your invitation will also be sent to this contact.  MAKE SURE IT IS ACCURATE PLEASE!

It WILL NOT BE USED BY ANYONE OTHER THAN THE RETURN OF THE ROBIN EVENT. Make sure to remember your Vendor Number as it may needed throughout the event.
